Turns out (and thanks to Live365 Support and Jason Cox at MegaSeg for zeroing-in on the issue and providing a solution). The Artist/Title metadata was reversed. Once I reconfigured Audio Hijack to send metadata for a correct handoff to the widget, it started displaying everything (including album art) just fine. It was a head scratcher, but all ended well.
