@derricksrandomviews Please pardon my grumpiness, I do appreciate you taking the time to help me, thank you. The domain transfer process with Squarespace is unnecessarily stress inducing.

Trying to transfer a domain away from Squarespace but the process is taking forever. Does anybody know how to approve the transfer? Every step is designed to be as painful as possible with one or two day delays sprinkled everywhere and it is also full of dark design patterns. Even the transfer notification email is crafted with malicious compliance and does not allow the user to approve the transfer and says the transfer will take 5 business days. No other domain registrar does this kind of trickery. Why isn't there an option to approve the transfer? I do not want to be your customer and I regret not transferring the domain while it was still managed by Google Domains.
