Trying to transfer domain name from Squarespace

My domain was transferred here from Google Sites and now I want to transfer it out. I unlocked it and pressed the "Send Transfer Code" button-- but there is no transfer code sent. I have checked the email address in the Admin and it is correct. I keep pressing the Send Transfer Code button but I get no results. Is there any other way to do this?
