Sitemap submission issues with Google Search Console

Hi. I just published my website www.threadlogiccarpetcleaning.com and submitted the sitemap to Google Search Console. The blog section didn't have the right URL (it was still the stock one with a funny name by Squarespace) and it created errors in the site map. I since have gone back and corrected the URL in that section to my actual domain name (not sure why but the blog template remained assigned to the stock website with a funny name but the rest of my pages transferred fine). However I am not sure how to resubmit the site map to Google or to correct it's errors since I fixed the errors within my site. I followed the Google Search Console help links and it said if I use a hosting platform like Squarespace then I need to resolve it with you since Squarespace manages my site map. What can be done about this. Thanks!
