Great, thank you! It doesn't work for the bottom one, I can't see an option to fix it, it has a different setup?

Thanks! Sorry, I didn't mean the Announcement Bat but the menu header, and the bottom one with the social media icons. I don't know about CSS that's why I'm asking here, if there is any guideline or tutorial I can follow could be great

Page: https://www.liamwong.com/ Hi, how can create headers at the top and bottom like the ones on this page? So when you navigate through the content both are fixed but on top of the page. They are also quite small, I can't make mine as small as those. Thanks!
