since June 18, I have been trying to contact support and no one is responding to my emails, which I sent from the dedicated form.
The chat has an auto responder.
How is it possible that they offer such poor service?

I have a problem with non-standard fees for a site of mine that I have had online for more than 10 years and I wanted to resolve it before renewal.
The costs of my site created in 2013 are much higher than the current ones, the plan I had chosen no longer exists and corresponds to the current "Business". For my plan they want 36 euros per month, while for a site with the same characteristics the price is 24 euros per month!!!
How is this possible?
