    Can you share link to blog? We can check easier

    But you can also try this to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS.

    body[class*="type-blog"] p {
    	margin-top: 1px !important;
    	margin-bottom: 1px !important;
    }

    This worked for me, thank you!

    This is my response for moving from 7.0 to 7.1 but can be done when moving to a new site as well. There isn't a way to automatically transfer Acuity from one site to another.

    Thank you so much! That sure wasn't the answer I was hoping for, but the heads up about setting up the URLs properly was much appreciated.

    Why Not Give the Customer What They Expect? Surprise Them Instead!

    In the realm of business, it may be tempting to fulfill customer expectations by providing exactly what they anticipate. However, as an entrepreneur, there is immense value in surprising and delighting your customers with unexpected experiences. By going beyond their expectations, you can forge deeper connections, generate loyalty, and create memorable moments that set you apart from competitors.

    Imagine a scenario where a customer orders a pizza delivery. Instead of receiving a standard, predictable pizza, they open the box to find a creatively shaped, gourmet pizza with unique toppings that they have never encountered before. This surprise element not only exceeds their expectations but also leaves a lasting impression. The customer is more likely to share their experience with others and become a repeat customer, purely based on the surprise factor.

    Another example is a clothing retailer offering personalized styling sessions. Instead of simply assisting customers in finding outfits that match their preferences, the retailer surprises them by curating complete looks they would have never considered on their own. This unexpected twist elevates the shopping experience and leaves customers feeling valued and excited about their new wardrobe.

    By embracing the element of surprise, entrepreneurs can tap into customers' emotions and create a sense of wonder and excitement. These experiences generate positive word-of-mouth, organically attracting new customers and enhancing brand reputation.

    Surprising customers doesn't have to be limited to product offerings. Exceptional customer service can also be a powerful tool for leaving a lasting impression. Going the extra mile to provide personalized recommendations, unexpected perks, or even handwritten thank-you notes can leave customers feeling genuinely appreciated and valued.

    In summary, breaking away from the predictable and surpassing customer expectations through surprises can significantly impact your business. By delighting customers with unique products, unexpected experiences, and exceptional service, you create memorable moments that foster loyalty, generate positive word-of-mouth, and set your brand apart. Embrace the opportunity to surprise and exceed expectations, and watch your business thrive.

    Thank you ChatGPT

  4. When planning my website redesign, I discovered that the best way was to sign up for a "new" site, build it, then transfer the domain.

    The trouble is that my existing "old" site has Acuity scheduling integrated with lots of meeting types and other customization, and I can't find any way to transfer it -- exactly as is -- to the "new" site once it's built.

    Hi @Pixeltender, I accessed it from this article: https://forum.squarespace.com/topic/256625-introducing-circle-feature-requests/

    Hopefully you'll get more luck this way 🤞

    Thanks for following up! I still get a permissions error, but I've worked out that you must have to be a Circle Member to view and vote on this... so then I learned what Circle Members are and signed up to be one!

    All in the name of .webp! (and .svg!)

    For anyone else unfamiliar, you can sign up here https://www.squarespace.com/circle

    The requirement is that you've built or contributed to at least 3 Squarespace sites.

    Hi all,

    This has now been raised as a feature request. If you haven't done so already, please go and vote for it here:

     Very happy to hear Squarespace might finally address this, but the links in your post are giving me permissions errors, and I can't figure out how to find the "Vote on Feature Requests" section of Squarespace anywhere.

    How did you find that originally?

  7. I run my business solo, so my About page is a little bit "me" and a little bit "business".

    I use it to briefly express the "why" that drove me to start the business, state my unique business proposition, then outline the process of how my branding agency works. I operate a bit differently than the standard agency model, so I want to make sure there's clarity there. I end with a call-to-action to book a free call to see if we vibe and if I can even help!

    Now that I've broken it down, I see that it's doing quite a lot! Would love to hear any thoughts on whether I'm pulling it off or not: https://www.letsupyours.com/about
