In the store I'm setting up, I only have one item and I've chosen it to be a service. This is ment to be for former customers who will be offered an opportunity to buy their imagefiles, so I do not need shipping.
The problem I have is that when the customer orders, the order has a pending status, and if I change it to fulfilled it'll send a fullfilled confirmation to the customer with shipping and tracking information which is not needed beacause of the nature of the product I sell. I've chosen it to be a service I sell to get around this, but it apparently still isn't enough.
Any suggestions? Or do I just leave the orders in pending status?
When my customers are going through the checkout process, I would like to add an "confirm email" field, as it is possible to go through with an order with faulty mail adresses. The required fields in our form can be seen in the attached file
Fulfillment. Can it be bypassed?
