HELP! My home page disappeared

Earlier today I went on to change the main logo of my website on Squarespace, next thing I know my home page has completely disappeared and was replaced by another page where I have a submission form. Even in the editor, the home page's content was replace by my submission form and the original home page is no where to be found. If you have any tips or solutions to this problem, please tell me as I have not found anything like it on the Internet. Best regards, Tim
