My business is booking appointments at our clients’ homes or offices - and on video calls still too. Am I right in in seeing that this scheduling system a - does not allow us to manage the client’s address on their contact info b - does not allow us to add the address to the calendar c - does not allow us to share a Zoom / Teams link in the appointment I’d love advice for how any of you have dealt with a similar situation.
I’m using the Acuity trial - and I’m setting up my schedule with the hours that I allow my clients to book within. I frequently allows other times outside of that range when booking with my personally - for long-time clients and special circumstances. I haven’t found a way to add an appointment myself outside of the posted hours. Have a missed a setting somewhere?
