You should be able to prefix them with 'From' by adding the following to Design > Custom CSS:
.product-price:before { content: 'From' !important; }

Thanks Paul! The website is an online showroom for a bike shop with over 40 different bike models with multiple configurations (breaks, gears, colours, accessories). It doesn't work for us having all the options on the website, since everything is discussed during an appointment.

The easiest way to do this is to add your differently priced versions as product variants. When you do this, 'FROM' will appear automatically.
If this doesn't work for you, can you provide some context to explain why you need a custom solution? It will help us if you include a link to the site. If the site isn't live, you'll also want to set a password in the visibility settings and share it with us.
