Just had a chat with support - it seems to be a bug on their end related to not having a Site Title specified, you have to use the left side menu until then. It raises the issue though that I did have a title set, and somehow this morning the title and my logo were completely wiped out, and I had to input them again as if I was starting a new site.

I'm having the same issue, the button is unresponsive. I've cleared my cache, reset my browser history, and fully shut down and restarted my machine. It's still doesn't work.
