No, I mean a pop up that appear with one button "Subscribe to my YouTube channel" and people will directly subscribed, if possible. Or this button redirect to my channel

This should be a freebie from my YouTube video description. I think people who go to my page will 100% download my content. But I would also like to collect emails. Is there a way to upload a file directly to SS?
