Try adding this to your Custom CSS:
.header-layout-branding-center-nav-center .header-title-nav-wrapper .header-nav, .header .header-burger { display:none !important; }

Squarespace supports variants, but they have limited support for complexity. It isn't possible to meet the requirements that have been posted in this thread.

Access Pages >> Shop Page >> hover on product name (left side) >> Click 3 dots >> Settings >> SEO >> Enter SEO Title (enter product name in SEO Title) > Save & reload the site
