Help With Hiding Index Page on Mobile and Desktop

Site URL: https://littlehorsecollective.com/ I created an index page with multiple sections. I created a hero image that i put in the Media section of one of the sections. On desktop, it looks great. but on mobile, it looks bad. So I want to hide it on mobile. Then i want to create another section and upload an image that looks good on mobile and hide it from desktop. Can anybody help me figure out what code I need to hide it on their respective devices?
