Using video splash page, how can I turn entire video into clickable link instead of using Action button?

We are using the Avenue theme with a linked vimeo video as the splash page. Trying to remove the action button and just use the entire video as a URL link, is this possible? Link to splash page: https://www.horseshoeshandgrenades.studio/
