I really need some help aligning a few fields of my Form Block, specifically the following fields:
Date of Birth and Personal Pronouns
Height and Vocal Range
Performer's Phone Number and Performer's Email Address
Agent's Phone Number and Agent's Email Address
AND Upload Current Photo and Upload Current Résumé
Right now, I'm only using the following code(s) on the page:
