I keep getting two of the bottom image on my site though I'm only putting one in there.  Haven't had this problem with any other image before.  When I enter it in the edit gallery section it shows just one.  When I go out of that and into the broader edit page it shows just one.  When I exit, there's two.  I've deleted it a few times and uploaded it again, but it keeps happening.  What am I doing wrong?

In the first screenshot below, I'm using the "View Payments" panel under Commerce-Payments-Stripe.  But the same thing happens if I try to view it from my Orders panel.  When I click on the transaction it then goes to my Stripe dashboard and shows the second screenshot.  

A client purchased an item using stripe.  When I click the transaction to view it in stripe it says "no such charge."  

I've used stripe without a problem before, but just recently switched to the new version of squarespace.  Squarespace says that stripe is connected in my payments section.  What could be going wrong?

I had a friend that said she got an email the other day from my blog post.  I don't send out emails from my blog post; just use them for SEO.  How did she get an email from me that I didn't send?

I'm trying to rebuild my site in 7.1.  When I go to the mobile setup, I can't get my images to line up in the center, and the gaps are uneven.  It keeps snapping them to the sides or vertically which makes the gaps larger or none at all.  I've edited the gap distance in this section.  I can't find an option to keep them from snapping.  I've added a screenshot of it below.

I entered the wrong tracking number and now can't figure out how to fix it.  I changed the order from fulfilled to pending and added the right tracking number, but how do I delete the wrong one?

So, I was adding email contacts manually from an art show I just had.  I got to 35 emails and it stopped allowing me to add any more.  I thought maybe it was a wrong email, so I kept trying with the rest of the list.  It will let me add the email, and their name, but then will not let me check the marketing button.  Then it won't let me click done, just cancel.  What am I doing wrong?

So sorry creedon.  I didn't realize anyone had responded to this.  Thanks for the help!  I'll give it a shot

There doesn't seem to be a way to mark a purchase as in progress in order to let the customer know you are working on it.  Am I missing something?  If not, is there a way to mark a purchase as in progress instead of just fulfilled

I'd like to take my product variants from one product and use them across multiple products, i.e.; I have prints of paintings that come in a specific set of sizes -8x10, 11x14, 16 x 20, etc., and all come in either paper or canvas.). Is there a way to duplicated these variants and use them again without having to enter each one for each product?

So I don't like the two options for checkout; one, it takes you directly to the checkout process as soon as you add something to your cart, the other, you have to search for your cart to check out.  I'm not sure that it's entirely intuitive if you don't know where to find the cart.  It's just different than most sites I'm used to using where you add something to your cart and it says "continue shopping" or "checkout."  Is there something better than the two options I have.

Also, I imported Etsy reviews and it took the cart away entirely.  I had to get rid of them for the cart to come back up.

Well, I'd like to add their name.  Also, it's kind of complicated, but I include shipping in the cost, then if it comes out less than I included, I refund the difference.  So I'd like to be able to explain things better and personalize them better.   I just need a way to customize each email that I send if I need to.  Is there a way to do this from anywhere else in squarespace or do I have to go through my own email each time?

I want to send a customer a personal email when they order; for instance letting them know the order is being printed and should be shipped within a few days.  All I can find are order notification emails without any way to actually write an email.  Am I missing something?

So I got an email from a customer this morning that said he was not able to use his credit card on my site.  I believe other people have used credit cards before (though I do also have paypal as an option). I verified with my own card that it isn't working now.  Stripe still says it's connected.

What could have happened?

Is there a way to duplicate and/or save my variants?  I have a lot of paintings that are the same size, and it would help to be able to have those sizes available in variants.... like when you type in a tag and it finishes it.  Am I missing something?
