How can I build a link to download images as files, not display them as images?
This page on our site offers our artists images they can download and use. Users should receive the image as a file in their download folder, not open the image onscreen. (Many of these users are not very technology-friendly. Telling them to bring up a context menu and choose "save image as..." will defeat many of them, and it's hard to quickly summarize all the ways to open context menus under different desktop and phone OS's.)
How do I make download links for image files in Squarespace behave the same way links behave for other file types?

Having the same problem with the Help Center refreshing about once a second and no menus or other links responding to a click. I turned off "Use hardware acceleration when available" in Firefox settings but it only made the screen refresh intervals a bit shorter and uneven.
I tried emailing support but an automated reply told me to use the Help Center or chat (in the Help Center!) instead. Catch-22.
The screen refresh pushes out the following URL: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/es/signin?return_to=https%253A%252F%252Fsupport.squarespace.com%252Fhc%252Fes%252Fsignin%253Freturn_to%253Dhttps%25253A%25252F%25252Fsupport.squarespace.com%25252Fhc%25252Fes (yes, that's the Spanish-language Help Center, a separate issue that appeared a couple of years back).

Is it possible to make a single redirect ignore a final slash
in Pages & Content
Posted
We're using a redirect from the alias /air to a page /artist-in-residence. I found that omitting the final slash means that a user typing /air/ gets a 404 "not found" error and vice versa. I've set up redirects from both /air and /air/ to the same page, and they work. Is that the only solution?
The redirect tool on our WordPress site lets us make a redirect more user-friendly with checkboxes for "ignore final slash" and "ignore case." I don't find anything comparable on our Squarespace site. In the help system and this forum I found one statement that omitting the final slash is "correct" and that redirects are case-sensitive but users aren't predictable.
