How do I position two form fields side by side?

I'm hoping someone can help me get the "Email address" and "Phone number" fields to lay side by side on this page: https://www.elizabethconwellcounseling.com/contact/. I know this is a matter of a little custom CSS but I'm not savvy enough to figure out what CSS is needed! Thanks!
