Squarespace replied to my ticket and they said it's on their end. We just have to wait. There is nothing much else we can do.

Custom code does not cause this problem. I tested it myself by removing all the code. It did not help. I have asked Squarespace many times about this and finally they said the problem was on their end. Now we just have to wait. As you can see I posted about this issue on April, so it got to be a major one.

I contacted SS, but they said there is something in that code that interferes their platform.

I have injected different sets of code and one by one disabled them ( not all at once). But I can't isolate the problem. Since I'm not that familiar with coding, I am afraid removing it all. It would be a disaster if something goes badly wrong.

I find lots of different information about this topic. There are hundreds of products in my shop and large image size has big impact on SEO.

Hi!

A while ago I moved my site to version 7.1. The product links in the online store no longer work.

The problem is if I make a google search for example "jfw-50sa-366" I can find my product in the search results. When I click the link, it will take me to the 404-page even though the product is in the shop with that same link.

You can either do it in a code or markdown block using ^superscript or _subscript.

Or you can search for the symbol on Google or style it in a Word or Google Document and then copy/paste it into Squarespace, and it should keep the styling.
