  1. We have a store with digital and physical products. The digital albums are typically $15. We have a few customers we have given a $30 code to pick some digital products. Our customers have picked 2 digital and now on checkout they get an error message:

    Discount Code cannot exceed the price being paid.

    The price being paid is exactly equal to the discount code so this shouldn't be happening.

    Already a tad annoyed we have no access to 'advanced discounts' with a site that pays for member areas, commerce and emails.

    How can we help this customer get through checkout smoothly! this clunky ness is very annoying.

  2. Hello I have embedded a typeform survey in this page

    https://www.tearakirihimete.co.nz/the-christmas-trees and it works fine on desktop. On Mobile the form scrolls under the other elements on the page, as soon as you 'start' the survey. It makes it hard for people to actually fill the form and it's very confusing. I'm about to take all other elements of this page but maybe someone here knows if there's a fix? thank you so much

    I'm hoping to find a solution for a client who rents out (converted to electric) vintage cars. We are using scheduling for day bookings of the car. Aside from full payment, we will need to put a security hold on the credit card as well, to be returned to customer at conclusion of the rental. We are using Stripe as a payment processor. Is this possible and how would I set it up? many thanks

    Dear squarespace brains,
    My issue: my customer is selling coffee online and has commerce set up and rolling. We have now added a Subscription product for a weekly coffee delivery (and want to add bi-weekly and monthly options). I don't see how to add an account management button to the top level navigation, and in fact no way for the customer or store to manage their subscription based products, what am I missing? 

    Site was created in 7.0 Brine template, so ideally hoping for a work around within that, prefer not to have to rebuild the site  in newer version, but very important that customers can manage their subscription products and pause/cancel.

  6. Hi Paul, thanks for replaying,  I obviously forgot to turn notifications on for this post. I will be, but as we couldn't hide or pause the member area I've deleted it completely until we're ready to launch. Then, yes I will be and include link.
