Suggestion: - Need customer profiles to be fully customized & edited accordingly; this includes order status and being able to edit / update addresses where needed. More often than not, plenty of businesses do preorders, where a customer may move in the time the preorder is complete, or customers can check out too quickly and miss an apartment and not catch it until its too late and the order has already been sent out. - Instead of putting the burden of the business to reach out to tech support and get snippy respones, and be of no help, I'd like to be able to do things on our own without needing to cancel and replace orders for something this minor, and I'd like to be able to update statuses on packages when the system fails to do so automatically.
