Received a note from support that they fixed their email transfer code problem.

All of my code requests arrived and all elgible domains have been transferred out.

Requested 6 Transfer Codes today from active domains.  Received ZERO from previous requests.

I press the Send Transfer Code button and get nothing for days and days.

If Gmail detects a forward coming back to the account that sent it then it goes in the bit bucket.  Test from one account to another.

At the bottom of your domain overview page is a "Send transfer code" button.  Click that and you code will be emailed to you.  It may take a while.

Had to call my  IT genius (my son) who did the needed digging to identify the correct name servers and get them plugged in.  Shortly after getting the ns installed they propagated and my email forwarding at improvmx  activated and came online.

Forwarding and wildcards working fine now.

My most important domain jddaniel.us is newly transferred from GoDaddy.  It looks ok in my Domain list (I have 7) and yet it  didn't forward email and the catchall  doesn't work.  Except for being in my domain list it has ceased to exist on the internet and of my important email forwards are inert.  I curse Icann for  the 60 day wait period to transfer away from this nightmare.

Switch your browser to incognito mode and login to  squarespace.  Creates, edits and deletions should work while incognito.  I've tested this in Chrome and Opera.

I requested auth codes for all of my domains yesterday and it it a few hours for them to  show up in my email.

You need to create a new catchall in the domain's email forwarding.  Email setups do not tag along with domain transfers.
