Hi all.
I have Quickbooks set up with Squarespace so that sales receipts are created in Quickbooks with every website purchase.
We use Stripe and PayPal to collect money.
We added a donate button to the website and donations made through PayPal appear fine in Quickbooks. But we recently had a donation paid through Stripe and that isn't syncing with the accounts, so it will mean a manual entry to reconcile it.
I've spoken with Quickbooks and they say they can only sync sales receipts, so donations are omitted.
Does anyone have any ideas, please?
Many thanks,
Vickie -
Thanks for the update, Paul.
We are a membership organisation and the majority of our transactions are subscription-based. It looks like we'll have to rethink how we collect our subscriptions as the Squarespace setup is way too restrictive. What a right royal pain. -

Hi there!
Customers are able to edit their saved shipping address, but this does not apply to future renewals of subscription products automatically. To change the subscription shipping address, customers must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.Hi Birdie,
Is this still the case now? We've just encountered this problem for the first time with our recurring memberships, and if it is the case, this is going to cause us a real problem going forward.
Am I also right in thinking that delivery costs can't be updated on subscriptions either? This will be a deal breaker for us if so.

Having the same problem here, 18 March 2024. Can't add individual subscribers to a list.
Tried it in a Chrome incognito window and it works fine. Looks like it's a Chrome issue for me.
