@TruAl As a workaround, you could create a hidden Events Page and create an event for each day, setting the end date/time to match the closing time of your restaurant for that day. If you prepare them in advance, you'll have an Event configured for each day.
You can then use a Summary Block, connected to the Events collection and configured to show a single item. The Summary Block will then show the current (not expired) event, which should be today's specials, or if you're closed, it will show the specials for the next day that you open.

Thank you very much that sounds like a good idea!

I made my website on Squarespace and bought the domain on Squarespace. I then tried to link the website to my google maps page, however Google isnt verifying it. A message telling me to verify using TXT records from the DNS setting shows up but I cant find these records. The only answers I find is how to add custom ones to your domain from an external domain. But I need my domains TXT records. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
The domain is www.pomodoropizzeria.com

Im would like to set up a daily specials page for a restaurant where it displays the current daily special and automatically updates everyday to show the current days special. I can set up all the specials for the week beforehand but I dont know how to make it rotate daily.

Im trying to set up a link to a page on a text that I modified with custom css. The issue is the code gives my text a red outline however when I add the link it turns the outline white. I have 4 other links connected to text on the page to different pages and they all remain outlined in red. If I change the link on that text to a different page then the outline remains red. This issue is only with that page.
I have tried deleted and remaking the text box and deleting and remaking the page it links to and the problem persists. Bellow is a screenshot of the code and the text that has the issue.

Thanks for the guide, I tried following it but quickly realised I wont be able to follow it. The reason is because I dont have the CNAME line from "verify.squarespace.com" so I cant get the code I need to create the TXT record. Bellow is a screen shot of the guide showing the line that I dont have in my DNS settings.
