I figured out my own answer.
For those of you who had the same question, I added the following:
/* Removing space between nav and section */
section[data-section-id="6470f3f923aef000b2116654"] {
margin-top: -70px;
}
I grabbed the block ID from the google chrome extension "Squarespace ID finder"
