The issue is that SS is currently updating the form blocks and a lot of code written before now, is broken. In addition the current implementation is difficult to work with so reimplementing reworked custom code is slow and difficult. I have no timeline for a new version of this custom code.
I can only suggest that you follow this thread and watch for any potential updates.
