    We have been in Acuity scheduling for years, and recently converted from Google Analytics to GA4 property.

    We have now begun the work of setting up and detecting events/conversions but we're only seeing part of the picture.
    I can see that GA4 is collecting page views from appointment scheduling, but not passing data from the variables.

    Here below is my script that is sitting in Custom Conversion Tracking in Acuity Scheduling
    <script>
    gtag("event", “acuity_appointment_booked”, {
    currency: “CAD”,
    value: %price%,
    type: “%type%”,
    appointment_type: “%appointmentType%”,
    id: “%id%”,
    });
    </script>

    Can anyone with JS experience sanity check my syntax?

    TIA

    ebroms75 reacted to Aug in How to get embedded squarespace scheduling to send events to GA4
    Hi,
    My website is using a scheduling block. How do I get the scheduler to send events to GA4 when someone books an appointment?
    I have set up the integration with GA4 for both my website and scheduling, following the instructions on Squarespace's support site.
    I am getting events from scheduling when someone goes directly to the scheduling url (the custom url provided by squarespace scheduling). But if someone visits my website, the embedded scheduler doesn't send any events at all.
    Has anyone managed to get these events to work when using an embedded scheduler (i.e. scheduling block)?
    Thanks,
    Aug
