Did anyone find a solution?

Hi Everyone, 

I feel like I am losing the will to live with Google Indexing. 

My website is: www.erinenroute.com 

Google has a few of my 'main pages' but absolutely none of my blog posts which is my actual site content! 

I have added the sitemap to Google Console, I have manually requested indexing of pages, I have checked all settings and none of my pages are disabled? What have I missed? 

I'm really hoping someone can help me out please, it feels like wasted effort churning out content to no avail.
