I desperately need this ability as well—to email customers regarding an updated downloadable product. Email Campaigns simply need to be able to be populated by product. That would save me a ton of time!

I’m in the same boat. I sell Downloadable products (guitar effects presets) and I offer lifetime updates to these products. So, when I update the file, I’d like to be able to bulk email all the people who purchased a particular product to alert them to re-download their purchase to access the updated files. Any way to do this easily?

These are FANTASTIC suggestions. I'm just now setting up my site with Squarespace and I assumed these options were already in place. Is there not a place where users can create an account and access their available digital downloads at any time? I don't want them to have to keep the original email in order to gain access again. Likewise, I need to be able to update my digital files and send to customers more easily.
