Edit header for individual page (hide name)

Hi,
My website contains 2 pages, 1 in English, the other in Cyrillic. I can change everything except for the header, where my name is. I have been trying to figure out how to either:
As of right now, I can successfully display the Cyrillic version however, it ends up superimposed on my name in English.
My name is the title of my Website and sadly I can't change the title individually for each page.
Please help
