I have a search bar in the footer of my website. This search bar works fine for searching my blog posts, but it isn't searching the pages in my "work". Searching the "work" is far more important than searching my blog posts. For example, numerous of the pages in my website include photographs taken in Cape Charles. "Cape Charles" is included in the descrition everywhere those photographs appear. I need for the search bar to be able to list all instances where "Cape Charles" appears in my "work". Currently if "Cape Charles" is entered into my search bar, it doesn't find any occurrences. Any assistance with solving this issue would be most appreciated.

The template I have chosen to use for my photography portfolio has the action "new folder" on the final home page. It doesn't allow visitors to do anything, but I would like to remove it altogether. I haven't found a way to do that. Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated.

I am experiencing the same problem. Difficulty displaying images that do not fall into a standardized aspect ratio. Also, displaying a group of images where some of the images are in landscape orientation and others are in vertical orientation.

This is covered in my previous post. See how to share a link.
Here is the URL for an example: https://koi-recorder-mnk4.squarespace.com/work/wildlife-6yek4
The password for access is "davids-photos"
This image is being displayed in 16x9 aspect ratio. The actual size of the image is 5900 pixels wide by 2000 pixels high (roughly 3x1 aspect ratio).

Thank you for the reply. Please be patient with me as I am new to Squarespace. I have not yet "published" my website as it is still being developed. All of the pages seem to have "config" in the URL. Please explain how I point you to a page on my website that I would like you to see as an example of the problem I am experiencing.
Thank you!

I am designing a website to display my photography. In the template I selected photos seem to be required to fit into a selected aspect ratio. The trouble is, my photographs often do not comply with standard aspect ratios. For example, I have many panoramas that are much wider than would fit into a 16x9 aspect ratio. Is there a way to have no required aspect ratio, and let each photo dictate the space required to display it? Thank you for any suggested solutions.
Search much include all "work"

This is very disappointing. Without a usable search feature, my SquareSpace website is useless. 😡
