My footer is showing up extremely large, but only on mobile, and only for some users. For example, on my husband's phone it is sized normally, but on my phone I can scroll so far down the social icons in the footer go all the way off the page:

I have tried tweaking every possible setting and tried deleting the footer and adding a new one, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I'm specifically having the issue in Chrome on an iPhone. Seems to look fine in Safari on mobile, and desktop looks fine as well.
