I would like to resize a particular image on my blog post page, in mobile view.
This specific page will then become a template for other blogs ( I will duplicate it and edit the duplicated pages into new posts)
The image in question is my headshot - it's too big and needs to be smaller!

No, not really.
You could use a Portfolio page instead, which has pages within it that have all of the formatting options that blog pages do not. This has downsides that you don't get tags and categories, author or date, or and excerpt attached to them. This also cant be used with the Summary blocks.
You could use regular pages and link them from a List section on your homepage, but that also has the same limitations as my previous portfolio suggestion.

@Jen__ You can control this globally in the style settings which may work best for you if this is the only place you are using the Card Image Block. Given that these blocks now only apply to blogs since the Fluid Engine Editor is on every other page this is probably the case. If not then you should be able to use the previous code and apply it to your website using you block IDs, or by just removing the block ID portion of the code like this:
.sqs-block-image .design-layout-card:not(.sqs-narrow-width)>div:first-child { width: 30% !important; } .sqs-block-image .design-layout-card:not(.sqs-narrow-width) .image-card-wrapper { width: 65% !important; }
