The MY ACCOUNT panel for Member Areas is not showing up for some members
in Commerce

Hi everyone, in the past few months some of our members are unable to see the My Account panel that slides in from the right side of the screen to manage their subscriptions and payment info. It's not all the customers so it could be certain browsers or pop-up settings but I can't figure out what is stopping it from showing up.
Has anyone seen this or found a solution? Is there a way to have the My Account panel just be a static page they can go to instead of a sliding panel?
