I changed the top nav menu on my blog page to have a custom background colour and font colour, but for some reason there's this white padding around the drop down folder. Is there a way to make this padding dark grey as well?

I've used the code below on version 7.1 and it worked great for the top nav, but now I need to add code to change the font colour of the drop down menu on the blog page. Can you help?
