Missing Header
in Customize with code

Hello!
Last night, I noticed that our Squarespace site header has disappeared. Then today only our logo is partially displaying. I have only made page and content changes in the last couple of months. If anyone can help me get the Header back so users can navigate the site, that would be appreciated!
Also I am a coding novice, so not sure where to start with the code injector.
