I designed the website on desktop. It doesn't translate well to mobile. Especially photos as the formatting for it doesn't carry over and more importantly poorly formats the shots. I have photos in a grid. At least I'd expect the mobile view to rearrange them into a logical space.
Then using the Squarespace android app doesn't allow reformatting of images.
It's one of the basic principles of UI design.. For a company that pumps so much money into marketing, you'd think they would have the fundamentals downpat.
So now I'm looking to change the code manually but frankly I'm looking at the competition more because it's so incredibly obvious that I'm surprised that the team leading this hadn't thought of it.
