    Customizing archive list sort order

    I am looking for some help on customizing the sort order for an archive list. I am creating a food blog and am hoping to have a way for my users to sort the recipes by ingredient and season which are my categories. 

    I am trying to figure out how to separate my categories for my types of cocktails. Right now, it's set into organizing them alphabetically. Is there is way to separate them? I have attempted to add another Archive block and have that grouped by Tag and having my tags be the seasons which does solve my problem temporarily. What I see being an issue is that I will need to use tags to create more Summary blocks when my recipes reach more than the 30-item max.
