Thanks for the reply. How do i know what the section ID is?

When different customers submit information trough a form on the site, they all come in one thread. 
This makes it hard to keep an overview on who we have answered and not. 
Is it possible to do something about this?

Here is what im trying to do. I want to override the automatic expansion of the block. 

I want to place a block halfway outside the section grid but dont want it to go full width. Any way to customize this?
