Facebook Title and Description of Website is Wrong

I'm having this problem too. When I posted my URL on facebook I get "Title of your Article" and "Description of your article". I have added SEO titles and descriptions on my site (I use squarespace 7.1). This has been happening the last 4-5 months that I have noticed. Did you ever figure out your problem even though no one replied?
