How do I change my website's title that appears in Google searches and one other issue
in Getting Started With Squarespace

Two issues I would really appreciate help with, as the Squarespace support live chat seems very busy at the moment.
1. The website I manage appears in Google searches with an incorrect name.
Instead of appearing as Impact100 Sydney (followed by a tag line)
It appears as Impact100 SydneyImpact 100 Sydney
I have looked everywhere but cannot see where in Squarespace to change the site name and add the tag line.
There is another issue if I send the website name via text message, see image attached. How do I change the image and the site name?
Am quite new to Squarespace!
