Hi, I am also wondering about installing Google Tag Manager. I followed the tutuorial in the link above, but it does not work properly installing the noscript code in the footer. I keep getting this error message:
GTM no-script code not found: either missing or not in <body>
Is there a way to add the custom code per Google Instructions "immediately after the opening <body> tag" ?
