I am trying to change the color of text in a text block in Squarespace 7.1. According to the documentation (https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012080887-Formatting-text) there should be a color button in the text toolbar, but I don't see it.
The documentation says to select the text, and the text toolbar should show a color button like this:
But my text toolbar looks very different, and does not include a color button:
I'm using Safari on MacOS 11.6.1.
How do you change the color of text in a block in 7.1? The docs appear to be incorrect.

That's what I thought! But it looks like I am using 7.1 - this is what I see at the bottom of the help menu when I'm logged into Squarespace working on my site:
My site is toddgibbons.com, and in the source for my site I see "templateVersion": "7.1" which looks like it may be another reference to the version of Squarespace I'm using.
