I got it to work! I removed the TikTok account for the podcast and replaced it with the link to another TikTok account. The link icon appeared when I put that other account in, instead of the podcast icon, and it was still there even after I changed the link back to the original link for the podcast's TikTok account. From there, I was able to successfully enter the code to replace the link icon with the TikTok icon!
