How do i make some summary blocks non-cliackable. 

The summary is in Learn-Methods

The first 7 (in pink) must be clickable and the others not.

I found this on the forum but I can't figure out how to make it work on my site.

The buttons extend past the card. When the screen is adjusted.

If I remove my css the buttons look like the last screen shot (i can't find any other button css)

Trying to just find a good option for displaying images with rotating text.

The text should be in the same place, but change according to the image, like this https://www.wearehmd.com/what/

I have looked at accordions, image hover text and to try put anchor links (closest ive got is a list banner slideshow but i cant put the anchor links)

Can anyone help me with which widgets and custom css would rock my world.
