Image won't align with text

Hi, I'm really struggling with a simple thing. I'm trying to have my picture aligned with the text next to it. When I do it in the preview it's fine. But when I check live it's misaligned.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I would also gladly have the text vertically centered to the pictured instead of top aligned.
