I can't reach anyone from Squarespace to get assistance on removing a folder from my website. I keep getting errors that say, "Couldn't Delete Collection."

I've tried creating a ticket using Squarespace's help desk system, which doesn't work. I've tried several browsers, and each time I try to create a ticket, the web-page refreshes, and does nothing.

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out. Thank you for your time and help. Attached is the issue I'm running into.

Hello,

I would love some assistance in adding a little flare to my desktop and mobile menu. I'd love to be able to add separators between each menu item for both the mobile and desktop versions of my website. Ideally, I'd like each menu to to look like my screenshots.

I would also like to decrease all mobile elements in the overlay menu by 50%.

For whatever reason this only helps with block IDs and not Image IDs. I'm trying to add drop shadows to images, but can't find the image ids for the life of me.

I need assistance finding image data IDs to customize with a drop shadow. I don't want to have drop shadows to all images on the website, just specific images. If someone could help point out the image data IDs with screen shots so I know what I'm looking at (Google Inspect), that would be VERY helpful.
