mobile version margin issue

Hello
I found out that once my website converts into a mobile version, the margin gets messed up…
As I highlighted them with colored boxes on the image, some block(subscription block) has even margin(red box) on the right and left, but most blocks don’t have a margin on the left side(green box) even though they have right side margin(blue box)
I assume it happened because I customized my website layout instead of using provided format.
Can anybody help me to fix this?
